  • Posting ads relating to gambling in any way.
  • Posting ads for escort services or prostitution
  • Posting ads for sites which are in competition with MyAdMonster.com.
  • Posting business ads more than once for the same business.
  • Posting multiple similiar ads within any 7 day period.
  • Spamming MyAdMonster.com.
  • Deleting an ad and re-posting your ad so it stays near the top of the list.
  • Posting links within Free Ads.
  • Posting ads which send users to other websites.

    General Use Rules:

    Our general use rule is that you cannot use this site for activities related to buying selling or otherwise, items which are offensive or illegal within your area or State or engagement in any conduct which is illegal under any Federal, State or Local laws. We reserve the right to bar or ban anyone who we determine is abusing the site. We log the IP address of every user and visitor to this site. MyAdMonster.com reserves the right to remove any ad, at any time, for any reason. By using this website, you agree that MyAdMonster.com will not be responsible for any sales, trades, transactions or actions as result of a posting. Users should take reasonable precautions to protect themselves when engaging in any sort of transaction.

    Our Policies Regarding Our Promotions:

    MyAdMonster.com reserves the right to publish on our website the name(s) and general area (city) of the winners of our promotions. Persons who reside in areas that prohibit participation in these promotions are not elegible to participate. Users who win a promotion will be contacted by email for their residence information, soley for the purpose of prize delivery. MyAdMonster.com reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time. Persons who are banned from using the site are not eligible for contest entry. Posts which are deleted by MyAdMonster.com for whatever reason, are not elegible to win a contest. Winners have 10 days to reply once notified of winning a contest. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, a new winner will be drawn. This process will repeat until the prize is claimed.
