Tom Barefoot's Tours is a statewide activity company that is looking to hire full time and part time customer service representatives. The positions will be located at our call center in Makawao. Customer service representatives are responsible for routing incoming calls, speaking on the phone with clients and vendors, filling in online forms, basic data entry and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Applicants must posses the following traits/skills:
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to type 50wpm or more.
- Must be a quick learner and a self-starter.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have a confident and friendly phone presence.
- Must have adequate communication skills to be able to clearly communicate via the phone with people from all areas of Hawaii and the mainland.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Knowledge of the Hawaii activities industry is a plus.
